Confirmation msgs to be yes or no format instead of a link

Can we have an option for confirmation msgs to be a yes or no format rather than the confirmation link only method. I’m finding that many clients prefer replying yes or no to confirm or cancel vs clicking a link to only confirm. Firstly, many clients are saying to me that they won’t click any suspicious looking links in msgs so that’s why they aren’t clicking it because it does look a bit scammy if I’m honest and secondly, i know that giving clients an option to cancel isn’t ideal and obviously I don’t endorse people canceling their appts but things do come up and I’d like people to have the option to reply no if they need to especially for people that may be too busy to phone the salon to cancel over the phone and I’d much prefer people to be given the simple option to reply yes or no to let us know their intentions the day before so then if we need to we can make arrangments . Can we have the yes or no option for confirmation msgs pls.

We are having this as well. People are very skeptical and our old softare allowed this. We havevto go through the chat daily because they reply instead of clicking a link.

Have an option so that if a client clicks ‘no’ a message is auto sent like ‘if your cancellation is outside of 24 hours a cancellation fee will apply’ or something like that…

Agree. People don’t want to click on a link. They think it’s a scam!! Ability to send a yes would be fantastic

We also get alot of people that say they wont click on a link incase of scam.
Or they do click thinking they can cancel from there also but it confirms them.
Id prefer if they choose to cancel as well or confirm that way we have more chance of filling the spot .
