I often find that customers book 'incomplete' appointments online by not booking essential services. For example, a customer wants to come for washing, care, cut + styling. In the online booking, the customer only selects the 'haircut' service and is therefore offered time slots that only relate to the time required for the selected service. However, due to our fortunately busy schedule, there is often not enough time for the unselected services. As a result, the customer has booked an incomplete appointment and the schedule in the salon gets disrupted because the missing and sometimes essential services have to be provisionally rescheduled and provided. I wonder if there is a possibility to create conditions in the online booking that certain services can only be selected in combination, apart from the solution of only offering packages online.
