If someone is booking another person to come in under their profile, it would be ideal to have that person's information under a new client profile to begin with. We are always unsure who is coming in, if they are a new client, and put on a time crunch to get their info added once they arrive versus before they come in.

I think it would be great to have feature where clients can make bookings for someone else. We have it on a regular basis whereby clients book for their friends or partner. As we're sending out consultation forms prior to appts, very often the person that books is forwarding the consultation form the person that will receive the treatment. Changing the name on the consultation creates errors though.

Please give the option to add people's information on online booking. When booking Groups it would be great to have people have the opportunity to ad their friends partners info so it automatically sends forms instead of a thousand people checking in and us getting the info or emailing them prior. This is not a " nice to have" it's a fundamentally important piece of client booking and seamless check-in.

I'm noticing that when someone does a group booking it often will come up as person 2. There is no information of who booked the appointment and no client info. we have even had people no show but we have no idea who booked the person 2 appointment this needs to be changed. Unless there's something I'm missing if anyone could let me know that would be great!

When clients book for themselves and another person, the second guest coming through as “Person 2” without contact details makes it difficult to collect required consent forms before appointments. We need to have full information (name, phone, email) for each guest at booking.

Exactly had to stop using this feature with the amount of calls and frustrations we got from guests that didn’t have then option for their party to fill out their forms too.

We need the client to add names and email not just person 2, having this will prevent these clients signing up for referral vouchers when they are not new customers.

Group bookings online - it would be great if it was possible to add the client was able to add details for Person 2, Person 3 etc at the time of booking if they wish. This way a consultation form can be sent in advance to that client as we have the email address recorded :)
