Cluents add themselves to waitlist online

Please allow clients to add themselves to a waitlist online so we can see when someone wants to get in. We have been encouraging online booking and that would help tremendously service more clients as sometimes we just need to tweak something and can optimize our schedules and get more in. Also to track demand and missed opportunities.

we have to manually add them, this means we are, on estimate losing 50% of online booking as clients won't call in.
