It would be so much better if a clients services added to 'basket' timed out after a few hours or even after 24hours!
Several times clients have said they couldn't see availability online when we know we had slots available! When looking on the clients app, we could see there was another service still in their basket that they had added weeks a go, they didn't realize it was still selected!!
We have had this happen multiple times and bet it happens a lot more than we are aware of, which would be loosing bookings because clients think we don't have availability!!
