When a client reschedules a colour from the online booking, the timing reverts back to the original service time. For example, a client rescheduled their Balayage booking and their 5 hours allocated (as it is a big job) reverted back to 3 hours. Is there a way that the timings can be carried across when clients move their appointments online?

Sometimes certain clients need more time with their service rather than the time typically allocated. We should have an option that allows us to customize timing for hair cuts or colors etc on their specific profile if need be as when clients are online booking, we don’t necessarily have the correct amount of time for that service specific for them due to their hair thickness etc.

We currently have different appointment options for New client Appointments that have extra time for a consultation, and then returning appointments for repeat clients. This leads to us having an overwhelming amount of appointment options for clients, and people still book wrong and we have to reach out to them to adjust the timing. Can we please have either the ability to set custom timing for returning clients?

Is there a way that once you modify timing for a client it stays saved. Example Jane Doe 30 min blowdry, but she really takes 45 mins to finish. if we modify to 45 it would stay at 45 minutes. Sometimes notes get missed and then clients need to be rescheduled. Our old system would save those adjustments.
