Client access to consultation/intake forms through the client portal

I would like clients to be able to log into their Phorest client portal and access their consultation forms directly, rather than relying only on the automated text link. This would give clients another way to find and complete their forms on their own, especially if they missed or deleted the original text, and would cut down on the number of follow up messages and iPad completions our front desk has to handle.

Direct access to consultation/intake form links

Currently, the only way to send clients their consultation forms is through Phorest's automated system, which counts against our text usage. We would like the ability to generate or access the direct link to a client's specific form so we can send it ourselves through our own messaging (text, email, etc.) without it counting against our Phorest text allowance.
This would help studios like ours who want to follow up with clients personally, especially for last minute bookings or clients who need a reminder close to their appointment time, without burning through our monthly text limit on messages we could send for free through our own phone.
It would also cut down on the number of clients filling out forms on our iPad in the studio, since we could get more of them completed ahead of time. Right now clients who ignore or miss the automated text end up filling out forms at check in, which slows down our front desk and pushes into appointment time.
