Capability to limit who can book with certain stylists

It would be extremely helpful if we were able to customize to allow only referral only, existing clients only, etc. customized for each stylist when online booking. It would save us a lot of headaches, and it is really awkward to call a new client and tell them that their stylist isn’t actually taking new clients, and that they need to change their appointment.

And also have a “pecking order” that we choose the order that the therapists are allocated to new clients for online bookings

Being able to customize the above as well as assign booking orders to each stylist by service would be of great use in building specific books.

I agree. I’ve been asking them for years if we can restrict who books online and they’ve always said no. I’ve never signed up for online booking with Phorest because their online booking is lacking compared to other programs.
