Cancelling 1 treatment online without having to cancel the whole booking

It would be better if when clients have multiple treatments that they have booked in one session that they have the option of cancelling one of the services with our having to cancel them all.

So currently if a client has multiple treatments booked in but wants to cancel say just 1 of them, they can’t. They have to reschedule the whole thing or call to reschedule that 1 (or more service) e.g :
Mary Bloggs has a gel removal + express manicure and a shape and tint booked in, but she doesn’t need her brows doing only her nails - currently she can’t just cancel the shape and tint she would have to cancel the whole lot or phone to just cancel the shape and tint
A client should be able to select the service amongst multiple services if they wish to cancel that specific service.
Sorry for the long winded message, this has just always been a frustration between me and my clients and this needs to be changed asap.

We would love to see an option that allows guests to cancel individual services within a multi-service booking rather than having to cancel the entire appointment.
For example, if a guest has multiple services scheduled on the same day, they should be able to select and cancel only the specific service they no longer need while keeping the remaining services intact. This would greatly improve the guest experience, reduce unnecessary rebooking, and help salons maintain more accurate schedules.

When a client uses our branded app and has multiple services booked on a specific day, and wants to cancel only one service, they must cancel all of them and then reschedule them individually. Very annoying and confusing for the client. There should be an option to select which services they want to cancel/reschedule and keep the services they want.

This is also very much needed when a client has booked 2 services online under one/their own name, however 1 service is actually intended for someone else & then needs to be removed & changed into the other person's name - At present there isn't anyway to just remove one of the services or change it over, especially if they have paid any deposit

When clients book two or three appointments at once give them the option to cancel only one through their account without having to cancel whole booking and start again

We get clients cancelling the whole booking, then rebooking what they want again but not happy to wait for the deposit to come back etc.
Daniella Drewry Phorest won't change this though as they make money with every cancel and rebook :)

Customers should be able to edit their booking to change treatments, delete some treatments, move part of the treatment or leave all the deposit on the appointment and just remove some items.
