for years we’ve been asking and for years it’s been promised for ‘next year’ the simplest of booking online with a gift voucher to secure an appointment, many other booking systems offer this and it’s truly frustrating for the client and us that this cannot be done, especially when we are a small team with no receptionist. I asked the question again at last years summit and asked the reason behind phorest not listening thinking it must be financial as they’d potentially loose out of the booking fee that’s when they said no it’s coming this year, needless to say i didn’t. I didn't bother asking again this year … It’s even more frustrating that such a fantastic referral scheme has been launched using the voucher method and guess what shiny new clients that have been referred fall at the first part of our client journey as they can use their voucher to secure an appointment, very frustrating
Please can we have this feature it would make life so much easier for both us and our clients

Hi Laura, thank you for your feedback. We are currently testing this for our online booking supporting 8 digit voucher codes with work in progress on supporting smaller codes due for release in the coming weeks. I will follow up with you directly with further details.

Why would they go through all the work to create this and only allow an eight digit gift card code, when several companies have other gift cards with number sequence, that have been transferred over to Phorest from other spa programs. This will create a negative experience for several new and current customers

Yes we have the majority of clients trying 1st to book online with their voucher and then calling us for support. This feature has been requested many time would be good to see the Phorest team implementing it. I agree with Juliana Duarte also regarding being able to buy a Course online directly so they can book with it straight away (with a waiver they understand the conditions applying to this Course)

My clients have frequently asked me about this issue, and it's pretty embarrassing that Phorest, being a major and expensive software, also lacks the option to sell series online as well. Other smaller software platforms offer these features.

Juliana this. I just had a very uncomfortable conversation with our web designers about series packages because we keep trying to increase sales, yet can't link anywhere for them to buy directly. It's a huge loss of potential revenue.
