For online booking, it would be amazingly helpful (to both guests and our team) to allow the guest to have an option to include a message + upload a picture (or multiple) of their current hair or inspiration pictures. This could be done after their time slot is reserved - see pic attached

The workaround is to have them email it to the front desk. Then we upload the photo into the appointment via PhorestGo. More steps than are efficient, but at least we capture the pics so there's less room for interpretation, and the technician can see it on their phone while doing their consultation.

Coming up to christmas clients have designs in their head and try and describe it when they come in but we waste time trying to look for colours and glitters etc when we could have it all ready for when they come in.
