App does not need reconfirmation when appointment is cancelled

I have a customer who uses the phorest app and wishes something really important, I wasn't aware of:
"My clients like to book the appointments through the app, but unfortunately you can click off and then there is no prompt again like "You are about to cancel the appointment. Are you sure?"
That's not very customer-friendly."
