A few customers have asked about not being able to change their service on online booking, only cancel or reschedule. For example change a cut and blowdry to a dry cut etc.

When a client has added on services, or multiple services booked together (as they often do) can the system please prompt to move the other services as well when we are rescheduling, the system isn’t intuitive to realize if the color is being rescheduled, the cut would be too. Vagaro and Meevo both have this feature.

If a client has multiple bookings on one day, but they would like to reschedule one of them to a different day, have been advised they arent able to do this. It moves all the bookings to the new date

Clients wanting to reschedule ONE appointment only

Hi,
We repeatedly get clients contacting us about a bug on the App/online bookings.
Sometimes they have multiple appointments booked but they just want to cancel one of the bookings but keep the others, but they say the App won't let them, it treats all their bookings collectively as one booking.
The clients find it really frustrating!!

Are you doing it on the computer or the phone? Usually it asks if you want to move all services. This screenshot is an example of going to move a color and finish service booked together.

Heather Stafford my phone. I am a stylist, so I’m not usually at the computer for this purpose. Looks like the feature needs to be added for mobile use.

Rachel I just did a text booking myself a pedicure and manicure on the computer and then went to reschedule both on the app and it moved both of them but without a prompt of any kind. I clicked on my first service and at the bottom clicked Options and the Reschedule and both were moved. Are you using Phorest Go 2.0?
