We would like to prompt the client to add a soak off to a gel mani or add another complimentary service as this would encourage them to upgrade their treatments rather than relying on them to read the entire menu of treatments.

Hello if I remember well, Phorest was offering (test option if I am correct) at some point where clients were offered "add this service to your booking", or pair this with your service. This would be such a great benefit as it would really help us increase client spend. A lot of times they are confused or not sure what to book additionally. It can be also great option for helping therapist upsell in salons. Also great idea for pushing occasional special offers - for example with every facial add back massage as a prompt half price.

I would love to have an Upgrade option available when booking online. Once a guest selects their treatment choice an option to "Upgrade" pops up with specific enhancements to lengthen or boost their experience.
An example: if a guest books a 60 Minute Massage an option to ADD a 30 minute Facial or 30 minute Scalp treatment etc. to the booking.
We do this in Spa over the phone, an online option would be fantastic.

Have a service category that is add ons. The add ons have the option of 0mins. and the add ones are a pop up option when a client is booking online similar to finishes after a service.

Is there a way we can have a pop-up when a client is booking a treatment for any additional add on services. I.e. when a client books in for a facial in the online booking system, there is a pop-up that prompts them to also book in a brow wax at the same appointment.
