I would like the website’s login option to include a “Continue as a Guest” feature, and also to have a payment gateway for the full amount. That way, customers wouldn’t have to waste time logging in. I have received feedback from some clients saying they didn’t complete the booking through Phorest because there is no “Continue as a Guest” option. Some clients also mentioned that they end up leaving the platform and booking through my other tool, which is Treatwell. I believe this is negative for Phorest as well. I also believe I have lost many sales because of this. Therefore, I suggest that, if possible, they implement this option as soon as possible. Thank you.
