I'd love to suggest a feature that would improve transparency for clients booking online.

At the moment, our graduate stylist has "Graduate Stylist" in her job title and this is also explained in her "About Me" section. However, many clients still tell us they didn't realise they were booking with a graduate stylist until they arrived at the salon. They often choose her because she has the lowest prices, but they don't always read the profile information before confirming their appointment.

It would be really helpful if Phorest could display a small, highly visible badge next to a team member's name during the online booking journey. Something similar to a "New" notification bubble, with text such as "In Training", "Graduate Stylist", or another customisable label.

This would make it immediately obvious that the stylist is still completing their training, giving clients the information they need before booking while helping salons set clear expectations. It would improve transparency, reduce misunderstandings, and create a better experience for both clients and salon teams.

Ideally, the badge could be an optional feature that salons can switch on or off and customise for individual team members.
