Accept or decline an online booking!!

We love online booking. However, if a client is booked wrong, we have to reach out and do a lot of work on our side. There should be a way that we can confirm the booking and accept it or decline it, so the client knows the appointment has been accepted or not. And to contact the at the salon to book.

Currently we click on the "Confirm Appointment" button to let the customer know that we have accepted their booking online. I realise that this is not the best solution as it is really for the appointment reminder, but this way the customer will get a confirmation message from us.

This would be great if you could have instant book treatments and then some selected ones require confirmation? Some treatments are stand alone and no other options, client can't really book wrong, but we do have clients book in for normal nails when they actually need an infill which takes longer, or they need to add a soak off etc

This would also help eliminate the 15min appointments being booked when there is a 2+hour gap to their next appointment.
