When a client requires 2 or more services with different depts. i.e. Colour with colourist, and then Cut with Stylist. Single cut appts who can book during that time block the ability to keep the multi appts open. Decreasing the productivity of the colourist whose clients require both technicians. When the colourist and stylist hours are synced we've started blocking the times online and asking people to call or email for those appts. This forces the single appts to book at the times when the colourist and stylist aren't together.
