Ability to confirm online requests

Instead of an online appointment automatically accepted. I want to be able to approve or deny online requests

I would like a function that let us review all online bookings to make sure they were booked correctly. Some clients require longer appointments and when they book online it gets booked wrong. It would give us the opportunity to review everything right when it's done to avoid issues when the client comes in for their appointment.

We should be able to accept or decline online bookings once we've confirmed all staff, facilities and times of bookings are suitable to reduce gaps as the auto accept online bookings sometimes prioritise facilities over staff which is frustrating as we pay staff hourly and eant zero gaps.

We love online booking. However, if a client is booked wrong, we have to reach out and do a lot of work on our side. There should be a way that we can confirm the booking and accept it or decline it, so the client knows the appointment has been accepted or not. And to contact the at the salon to book.

Hello,
I see when booking other appt with different company’s when you book online it goes through then the client gets a email saying they will get a confirmation once’s it approved. This way we can adjust time or even time to optimize our bookings that day! Hope this makes sense. And it could be an option for every salon to have it turned on or off or even for every individual stylist

Initial Access
We need the ability to approve all new client appointment requests. As it is now, the new client can simply make appt and it is scheduled when they pay the reservation fee. We need to have the ability and make it known to new clients that their request is pending approval.

All online booking is out on the books. Could there be the option or accept or reject these online request after we look into the guest information and appointment request.

Currently we click on the "Confirm Appointment" button to let the customer know that we have accepted their booking online. I realise that this is not the best solution as it is really for the appointment reminder, but this way the customer will get a confirmation message from us.

This would be great if you could have instant book treatments and then some selected ones require confirmation? Some treatments are stand alone and no other options, client can't really book wrong, but we do have clients book in for normal nails when they actually need an infill which takes longer, or they need to add a soak off etc
