I would like a List of everyone who booked an appointment online that day, so we can approve what/when booked. This was one of the few things I liked in zenoti. People constantly choose the wrong service or add a haircut when one is already included, etc.

Option to make all online bookings be pencilled in only until confirmed on our end so we can review the appointment to ensure it is booked correctly or so we can reach out to the client if more information or a consultation is required. PTM

Agree, sometimes people dont read the notes on the service and don't book extra consultations, or require more time. I would be good if we could approve them, or at least have the option to approve new client bookings.

We need to be able to confirm appt requests so that the person doesn't automatically think it is reserved without a deposit ( without having to use the waitlist link)

Instead of simply making an appt for anyone who asks, I would like to see a statement to the potential client saying something like, thank you for your request, a member of our team will contact you to confirm this appt." That way we can control what is coming in our doors.

I wish there was a way the service provider could be messaged PRIOR to the client booking the appointment online. An sms should be sent to the provider, so they can double check the appointment is done accurately as to lessen the likelihood of mistakes being made

In Vagaro we had to approve the online booking before it was added to our schedules. That way we knew we had enough time for that specific individual.
