Our salon sends out an email/sms with their referral link to clients that visited that previous week, but when first setting this up selecting "they have visited" > "in the last" > "7 days" was showing 300+ clients. So it was suggested to me by support to do "they have visited" > "on or after" > "x date" and "they have visited" > "on or before" > "x date", which we've been doing for the past couple months (needs to be set up manually every week though). It's a minor inconvenience, but it would be nice to be able to set up this weekly message and have it repeat automatically.
