A great feature to have to send clients a reminder that they have a gift card unused. To be able to expire gift cards 4 years after purchase given the fact that clients are being reminded to use it every 6 months if possible

yes I would like to be able to send a campaign email/text to people with gift cards on file with value. California-we cant expire gift cards.

I disagree completely. Clients are thrilled that they are still able to use our gift cards and many times we retain them from there. In PA you cannot expire gift cards, only the promotional value although businesses do it all the time.
