Again looking at compensation and complaints, a lot of them are driven by the client disputing the fact the salon sent the messages. In the old marketing suite there was a trail on SMS and email however its not on the new suite. Its extremely hard to argue with clients who claim they didnt send campaigns without any solid proof, which 9 times out of 10 results in compensation to prevent churn.

Internal Problem:
Salon owners can't see who sent sms campaigns in the new editor and so claim they didn't authorise the campaign and shouldn't have to pay for it

We have to refund customers as it's not easily proven who sent the campaign and that they had access granted by the salon

We should be able to easily argue this, we know the salon has sent it but can't prove it
