When you add a discount to a sale, it takes it off but it doesn’t show you exactly how much it’s taken off.

You have to go into a calculator and check what the difference is between the two totals.

Our old software used to show us the breakdown. So we could make sure the discount wasn’t too much (all our discounts have a max of £20).
