Set and Forget Emails

would love the option to create our own emails that automatically send each month. Such as, a welcome email to new clients, and an email about TreatCards to new clients. When I ran an ecommerce business I was able to set up a welcome flow that sent a series of emails when we had a new client. It had options with in the automated flow to create as many emails as you liked and when to send them... such as 1st email within 3 hours of new client creation, then another 2 days later, then another 1 week later. etc...

Yesss, i was just about to make this suggestion, as the welcome email currently looks like $#!&! Would love the ability to customise it and then preview it too.

now that a welcome email has been added... thats awesome... but (sorry), would love to have the ability to design the template to match our other emails. The template used here is very basic, and with our design logo, it just doesn't look nice. I would love the ability to design it like our other automatic emails.

Strongly agree. I feel like this would be relatively easy to set up within reconnect if the configuration was altered slightly. I use email to send after care for laser hair removal, but I would like the have automated emails when they start a course, get halfway through, when they finish a course. Then a week, month, 6 months after they've finished their course.

i asked for this when I first joined Phorest in 2017, the marketing suite is very limited in this regard

This should be on the system definitely. There are so many ways to automate client contact we should be able to use Phorest to do this. We currently use lead connector but we have to do a lot of client email input ourselves. Phorest should be able to provide automated flows, it’s the only thing that has made us consider leaving to other CRM systems.
