SEND PRE-APPOINTMENT EMAILS TO NEW CLEINTS

I’d love to suggest a feature that would be incredibly helpful for salons, especially when welcoming new clients for the first time.
At the moment, automated messaging is mostly done by 'adding manually' but this cumbersome and not efficient It would be amazing to have the ability to send an email (or SMS) to new clients who have an upcoming appointment but haven’t visited yet. It would greatly improve the client experience, reduce no-shows, and save staff time answering the same questions manually.
Ideally, this could be set as an automated workflow, for example:
Send to first-time clients 24–48 hours before their first appointment.
I think this would be a huge value-add for client onboarding and salon operations.
