Can we have a search window option in the chat feature to find a specific chat between coordinator and guest. We chat with hundreds of people and scrolling to find the chat is becoming difficult. I do see the option for "My Chats" only which is easier to navigate, however. sometimes we need to see conversations other coordinators are having with that guest.
