Reviews in Facebook are a waste....those are people who already follow you. Google reviews boost to people searching for your services. It matters much more in Google. And, if I can pay BIRDEYE to log in to Phorest each night to send review request to my clients each day, so can Phorest. There is no reason you cannot. I am paying BIRDEYE $240 a month........ But it's worth it to have the reviews in Google over all other platforms. But it's alot of money for something I know Phorest can do.
