Is there a way to link direct to Google vs Phorest reviews? I feel like we have hit a wall and clients aren't taking that step to Google as much as they have in the past. I'm seeing my competitors review numbers surpass mine because their systems link direct.

Agreed. Lots of Phorest reviews that mean nothing to Google algorithm. they just don't make that last step.

Couldn't agree more! Clients don't want to take that extra step and having left over 2000 5 star reviews behind when I moved from Fresha to Phorest I don't want to make the same mistake again so GOOGLE is so important!
