Reviews: Add Personal Referral Link to Review Email Request

After the guest completes their service, they receive an SMS and Email review request. Please add the option to select Referral Link under the "Personalize" drop down. Email and SMS marketing campaigns have this option, and this would be so beneficial as a regular generator of new referrals.
Example:
"If you loved your experience with us today, the greatest compliment is a referral. Share [salon] with a friend and they’ll receive $20 off their first visit through your personal link. As a thank you, we’ll send you a $10 appreciation voucher to enjoy toward your next appointment. Click [here] to refer a friend and get rewarded."
The [here] link would immediately take them to the special link page, with their link auto-filled in.

PS - The preview option doesn't allow you to make sure the links are working and in order. Can you allow us to send a test to ourselves? Once you insert a link and save - if you go back and try checking it to ensure it's correct, the link box is empty.
