Resend/Reuse an email without carrying the previous client list

We like to reuse emails from year to year, or month to month, that are topic specific. The system allows you to Edit & Resend, but it forces you to carry the last list of clients with it. Why isn't there a way to wipe the client selection and start fresh? It's a useless function if you're not automatically re-sending to everyone. The way it exists now, I have to rebuild the entire email graphically again in order to change the distribution list.

Click "Filter Clients" to clear the original list, then click "Select" and choose your clients to send to.

Ian, I believe you would need to go and deselect each person individually? Which can be daunting when you have maybe 100 people in a possible selection of 10,000. There needs to be a Clear All button.
We spoke to our rep and she said it wasn't possible, so now I'm wondering what's true.

Denise Dinyon. Hi Denise, I do this every week to multiple emails and SMS, and it seems to work for me. I just went and redid a previous email that had six contacts. I pressed "Filter Clients" then back to "Add Manually", and the six contacts were removed. Cheers

Thank you, Ian . We will definitely try that! The real answer, however, is to be able to see the list of clients already selected for that email. Especially for things like lost clients, where you could take off the clients that have responded to an offer, and resend without resetting the entire list.
