Now, when a salon wants to edit the email / sms templates they need to do them separately for each service category, and for beauty salons especially that can be very tedious.

Also, it seems to be difficult to edit the default message content provided by us for salon's to use. Simplifying that would enable local staff to fine tune the defaults based on client feedback.
