More accurate reporting on marketing campaigns

We have a few campaigns per year that are just for product sales - eg EOFY and Black Friday. Since sending out our campaign this week and processing pre sales through the system it hasnt recorded any of the revenue made from the sales. We need more parameters to measure the campaigns as they arent just treatment based. Maybe an option to select how its to be measured so we can choose ourselves? And some reports on who has unsubscribed, who didnt receive the emails so we can check correct details, who opened without having to scroll through the client list. I have asked for this before but nothing has been done. Please dont assume that marketing is just one thing(treatments only) it has multiple uses so you really need to make the changes so we can have correct reporting. Thanks!

and we need reporting for Opt Outs! you can't evaluate the success of an email if you don't know if/how many opt outs it might have triggered.

100% agree with the inflated numbers, the numbers need to be for direct sales and must not include bookings already in calendar but because they open the email they now get classed as marketing sales

Agree! The other thing I've noticed is the numbers are inflated, meaning it's also calculating what's already on the books.
