Auto-renewal reminder notice - not legally required yet (new UK subscription rules are expected to apply from Spring 2027), but worth deciding whether to send a courtesy reminder before the first rolling renewal. As confirmed by Phorest team there is no automated message to remind about auto-renewals. They can implement it in future if we ask, but will take time.In the meantime we will add that it's customers responsibility to ensure that auto-renewal if cancelled on time, if service is not needed anymore. This is beyond our control as a business. It would be helpful to have a box in Membership tab to amend the Welcome Email and Auto-renewals reminder (Yes/No)
