A coupon system where a discount coupon can be generated to give % or amount in discount. 
The discount code can be brought to the salon upon the visit OR be applied directly on client side when an online booking is made.
The coupon can be limited by how many times it can be used: Per coupon and/or Per client.
Perfect to use for all type of marketing, in newspaper, magazines, social media etc. The statistic system for the discount coupons make it very easy to track what kind of marketing that gives the best ROI.

Totally agree! Why is there no functionality for a discount code to be applied on all (but also selected) services? Other crm's have this

This feature is SO important and I am surprised not already a part of Phorest software. Our previous program Simple salon (which was terrible for other reasons) had this feature and it worked brilliantly, you can really measure the success of your campaign too. Please please PLEASE work on this!

This is a really obvious marketing feature that should exist. It was a really successful feature in our previous system (Shortcuts).

Any update on the progress of this feature? We really need discount codes, as well as automatic referral codes that are linked to each client. Word of mouth marketing is typically the best and most common method for beauty businesses and we need the functions to support this. Each client can be allocated with their own code (can be generated as a QR code as suggested below) that they can give to their friends and acquaintances - the friend scans the code or uses the discount code when making their booking and the system recognises that this code belongs to X client and then the reward is issued. This feature can then also be used for affiliates and influencers, as well as cross promotions with other businesses and networking.

Yes we need discount codes that can be applied at appointment booking / checkout and online. People love a discount code

I would really love it if we could generate a discount code for specific clients as a referral program. For example, Client A has a discount code and they give their code to Client B. Client B uses the discount code, which is linked to Client A as the referrer and Client A automatically gets the referral reward. This can open the doors to ambassador programs also.
