This is very important, specially for telephone sales or gift vouchers!

There should be provision to combine and send one email to the client for receipt, course information and ask for a review. These emails should have personalisation options so they can be branded.

Too many emails increase the chances of a customer unsubscribing. Additionally, it saves the customers' time.

It would be nice to be able to customise receipts emailed to clients on the system instead of them being generic. I would like to add at the bottom of receipts, "All courses and gift vouchers valid for 12 months from date of purchase and non refundable". Obviously now during covid they are extended but just to set a president going forward. Thanks

I would like to be able to customize our receipts we email to our guests. We are a paperless salon so we don't print our receipts for our guests but it would be nice for the automatic email to include our policies (ie. product return policy)

Being able to edit the email receipts is what will allow us continue transitioning to paperless. Our receipts have our cancellation and rerunning policies on them and we need to ensure our guests have that in hand regardless if posted on media and in house. Not being able to edit to add this is contradictory to how Phorest is trying to help us do business. Thanks

often we don't know whats even going out to clients until they show us.

Could you please make it possible to be able to edit the email receipt (not the actual transaction obviously) so we could add in extra information at the bottom of the receipt like we can in every other template. I would like to add in extra information about deals we do on our website etc etc etc
