It would be amazing if the system could automatically send last-minute opening texts to clients who haven’t been in for a while. For example, if a stylist gets a cancellation or has an opening that day, the system could notify clients who haven’t visited in a certain timeframe (like 8–12 weeks) and give them the option to grab that appointment.
This could help fill last-minute cancellations, bring back clients who haven’t visited in a while, and keep stylists’ books full.
It would be even better if we could filter the messages by last visit timeframe, preferred stylist, and service type.
Basically a “fill my chair” type feature that sends a quick text to the right clients when an opening pops up.

yes great idea, for beauty too, if anyone is on a wait list they could be automatically contacted too, if a service slot which they are after has just become available. My clients prefer WhatsApp as communication rather than text or email though.

Yesss, please! We have been using this promo and sending out text and got charge a great deal cause of the amount of textcwe sent out exceeding what we are allotted for. It's getting expensive for us.
