The current lack of personalisation in both the marketing filters and the actual emails we can send via phorest is shocking. I now use Klayiyo and have seen a huge uplift in clients booking further treatments plus i can actually correctly track everything. Integrations with Klaviyo or mailchimp would be incredible and really help small businesses.
