German salutation in notification templates

Except from the new editor, all other automated templates incl the new feature to presend forms, don´t include the salutation option, which German clients expect as a basic. It has been stopping clients from using some of the notifications over the last few years, as many clients see it as "rude" to call them by their first names. Instead of using the first name, they need to write Mr./Mrs lastname (different again in Switzerland). The workaround is replacing the firstname with "dear clients", which many clients think is too impersonal.

Louise Reindl I assume this one means things like the Appointment Confirmations, Appointment Reminders & No Show communications?
If so then I'm going to move this one off the Marketing board as it doesn't sit with our team's areas of ownership.

Louise Reindl: I'll check if there's a point of contact right now, but there may not be. The areas of ownership and a mapping to PMs is being worked on right now, so even if I can't get an answer now you should have one in the next few weeks
