Filtering out clients who already have a future appointment

When filtering for Email or SMS it would be useful to have a 'Does not have a future appointment' as otherwise it sweeps up people who have already got an appointment in a message say that is offering a discount to book. Unless the feature is there and I am missing something!! Julian
