I have deleted use of mail chimp and another software company to come on board with Phorest but still after 2 years there is no way to find a decent feed back sheet or mini form where clients can be asked specific questions. the 5 star rating and a few words is great but i dont find that it is asking anything specific - its great but its just a bit too broad. Can we get a better feed back sheet /template we can make the questions and get email answers back to us?
