Problem: Currently clients are unaware of how many SMS they send each month until the invoices come out and they are charged. Likewise they have no idea the balance on their SMS bundle

Impact on the customer: They get hit with a bill of SMS not knowing they sent that much in one month. If their bundle runs out they arent notified and are charged on the next invoice

Impact on Phorest : Time consuming for Phorest to take those calls and complaints - it directly impacts our revenue as 9 times out of 10 we discount the extra SMS to the bundle price or we agree to comp it off. It would reduce call drivers each month as the most common complaint after the invoices is "I didnt know i sent that many SMS, show me what they were"

Impact revenue: In the last 12 months there has been €945.10 excl VAT, given in compensation. Either in the form of refunds or money off their bill
