Currently these communications include the date and time of the appointment, which is helpful. However, I believe adding the day of the week (e.g., "Tuesday, January 14th") would enhance clarity and reduce potential confusion. Including the day of the week can make it easier for clients to quickly cross-reference their schedules and ensure they are fully prepared for their appointments. This adjustment could contribute to a more seamless client experience and potentially decrease missed appointments or scheduling misunderstandings. Great suggestion! Always get people saying they thought 14th was a Friday or whatever.

Yes! Often clients will confuse the day and either come a day early or we call when they have not arrived and they say they thought it was tomorrow.
