Bulk client uploads for marketing campaigns to target specific clients

Issue: Phorest's campaign filters don't support the segmentation we need. Specifically, we want to send a campaign to clients based on their TreatCard point balance (e.g., clients with over X points), but Phorest only lets us filter by whether a client has a TreatCard or not — not by point value.
As a workaround, we've had to manually identify and enter around 1,500 client names one by one to send this campaign.
Requested feature: The ability to bulk upload a list of specific clients (e.g., via CSV) directly into a campaign's recipient list. This would solve the TreatCard issue, but more importantly, it would solve this problem generally: any time we need to target a client segment that Phorest's built-in filters can't handle, we could build that list ourselves elsewhere and just upload it.

As a user, I'm finding it difficult to manually add over 200 clients to a campaign. This process is time-consuming and inefficient. I suggest implementing a feature that allows for the bulk addition of clients to a campaign to streamline this process.

We have asked to target clients that have a future reservation but have NOT had services in a different department. Example: we have a new nail technician. We would like to send out a promotion on salon clients WITH UPCOMING reservations who have NEVER had a nail service. That way we gain new nail guests without our current nail clients leaving their current service provider for a discount. Not to mention they are already coming in the salon so this would be an add on or upgrade service.
