We are new to Phorest and we are coming from Daysmart Salon software in this previous software if a guest were to opt out of our marketing and reminder text ( most of the time this is on purpose because they are not wanting to receive the promotional text that failed to realize this is opting them out out of both promotional and appointment reminders ) there would be a opt in button that would send them a new opt in message asking the guest if they would like to opt back into their promotion and appointment reminder text messages. Currently, this is not a feature in Phorest and requires your support team too do a lot of background checking in order to see if there is an issue and currently the best case scenario is that the messages in a spam file or we have to find the deleted message and somehow get them to re-opt back into the message that they have deleted.
