We have the auto messages sent out to clients "Hi____ our records how you are due for another appointment at salon name with the book here - auto message. We notice this goes out to people who have just been in. We have had this happen for clients who have only been in for hair services and 2 days later get a message saying they are due for an appointment.
Unfortunately, this happens a lot and then clients will type stop and get off our text messaging. It makes us look bad.

If I'm understanding you correctly, that sounds like you may have the Follow Up Message enabled in your Client Reconnect settings. That message is supposed to hit shortly after they've been in for an appointment to remind them if they haven't rebooked before leaving the salon. You might want to turn that particular message off in Reconnect .
