You guys make out that the campaigns show you what revenue you get from those particular campaigns, that's not true, it's not a true representation at all. It basically shows you anyone that is booked in that day or a few days later and then it adds them on that campaign as if they've booked from it but actually they haven't.. I feel like this is not a true representation at all of who's booking in through the marketing in fact I feel like it's fraudulent because it's not at all Real.

This was explained to me when I took this out that you would be able to see, which client has booked in due to the campaign itself that you've been creating. But this is not true what they should've said was you can create a campaign and anyone that you book in personally it will show that the campaign has worked. Surely I'm not the only one that thinks that's not right.. it needs to be a true representation so that we can see what marketing is working.

The only reason I looked at the campaigns was because I did my first SMS campaign, which I was told if it didn't make more than what I paid for it, I would get that back. But again, surprise surprise., it shows that I have made more than that, but actually I've not made anything from that campaign, again very untrue. I really don't like the way it seems very untrue.
