Currently with the integration you can not change the commsion on the vish "extra color" charge if it is set up as a product. We use a sliding scale for products but i would like a flat 10% on the extra color vish sends to the ticket which currently is not possible and is using the sliding scale for the "extra color" from vish. Just a thought...
