It would be very helpful to be able to have the chat screen accessible through the icon on our apple computer. Almost like a separate tab on the left side of the screen where "manager/purchase/marketing/clients" are located. We are currently only able to access them from our iPhones and we don't allow cell phone usage at our front desk. Thank you.
