I love that Phorest makes creating a target so easy. It’s fun and engaging for the team as well which is really important too. The thing that I have always hated doing and struggled with in the past and even now is knowing who hit their target and what the incentive will be. It would be amazing to be able to see in one snap shot per week who’s had reached what and what $ will need to be set aside for staff incentives or when they are due to be paid? It could be industry standard based with the option to personalise a few details. Like what the target it is for services and retail, what percentage they get if once the target is reached and what the totals are depending on when the incentives are due to be paid out aka weekly, monthly, quarterly ect. Therefore saving us so much time going back and forth to work this out every week per staff member. I personally have to have a seperate spread sheet to track this and there is a lot of clicking in and out of names and in and out of targets to see what was achieved and enter it manually. Getting the calculator out and looking at the actual hours hours worked. It’s a lot of extra work and I’ve never understood why a software programs don’t have this interacted already. Thanks - Jess
