Support disputes and back us up with better verbiage

Clients dispute cancellation fees and no show fees non stop despite having them sign forms, check the box online before booking and the constant reminders of policies and paying for the SMS. I lose 90% of charge backs and I am considering cancelling because of tired of not being supported in this. "Deposits" don't hold up against banks because it should be called "booking fee" and other verbiage we cannot change. We need more security on our end. I'm exhausted with the disputes that charge fees after I've already paid the stylist.
